About

I am a sixth-generation resident of Kendall County and I live in Oswego with my wife, Lisa, my two stepsons, Matthew and Chad and my daughter, Ava. I grew up in Oswego, graduated from Oswego High School and am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. For the last 26 years, I have been a successful small business owner with offices in Oswego and Chicago. I have also served our communities as the chairman of the National Federation of Independent Business Fox Valley Area Action Council for small business. In addition, I am a former treasurer of the Oswego Bears Youth Football and Cheer Pop Warner program. More recently, I served as Board Chairman for the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce and still serve as the NFIB Illinois Leadership Council Chairman. I am very proud to have served in both of these positions as we must work hard to improve the jobs and business climate in Illinois. For the record, I am a pro-constitution, fiscal conservative who believes that the role of government has become too expensive and too intrusive and that our government has given our children too much debt.
