For more information about our workshops, and to register – please contact coach Tristi @ roadrunnr247@aol.com 1st Strides is a unique 12-week supervised beginner walk/run interval program supervised by an experienced RRCA Certified running coach to motivate, educate and encourage you on your fitness journey. 1st Strides is for men and women of all ages and abilities. In Stepping Stone, if you have led a sedentary lifestyle for many years or if you are recovering from an injury this workshop is for you! The goal of this workshop is to work towards walking 30 minutes with ease before starting 1st Strides. I believe anyone can become a runner with the right coaching and in a group setting!
